Over 85 participants gathered in Ho Chi Minh City for JGC Line’s Annual Conference—a milestone that also marked the network’s 25th anniversary. The energy, the conversations, and the friendships formed and strengthened over the four days were a true reflection of what our network is all about.

Welcome Cocktail Reception

The event kicked off with a Welcome Cocktail Reception, where members reconnected with familiar faces and warmly welcomed first-time participants.
Thank you to Zhongjun Supply Chain Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd for sponsoring the evening and supporting our Annual Conference.

Conference Day 1

Day 1 set the tone with warm welcomes and recognition. We began by acknowledging the generous support of our sponsors, followed by sponsor presentations that introduced their companies and shared more about their services.
The programme also featured guest speakers Michael and Jason from Nextvestment, who shared their perspective on the future of AI—how it’s evolving, where it’s heading, and the potential impact it may have on our industry. They shed light on how AI can be used to streamline daily operations in freight and logistics, offering practical examples that intrigued many in the room and sparked ideas on how technology could be applied to everyday workflows.
The day wrapped up with new member introductions, bringing fresh connections and perspectives into the network.

Conference Day 2

The following day was packed with back-to-back meetings—an opportunity to catch up on business updates, explore new collaborations, and discuss how we can support one another across different markets.

Half Day Tour

Before we bid goodbye, we spent the morning exploring a few highlights of Ho Chi Minh City together. Our stops included the Reunification Palace, the War Remnants Museum, and a relaxing drink with panoramic views from Landmark 81—the city’s tallest building. It was a refreshing change of pace and a great way to wrap up the week with good company before parting ways.

A Silver Affair: Gala Night Highlights

We closed the conference with a night of connection, celebration, and a touch of silver sparkle. More than just an evening event, it was a chance to slow down, share laughs, and enjoy real conversations beyond the meeting tables.

Award and Surpirses

The night featured a few surprises, including our Best Dressed Awards, presented to Delphine from Atlantide Logistics, France and Ronnie from AE Cargo, Hong Kong, both of whom embraced the theme in style and lit up the room with their presence. We also held a Lucky Draw for a Free Conference Pass, with the winners being MJ from Titan Sea & Air Services, India and Frank from Marquis Logistics, Netherlands.

Our Commitment to Giving Back: Supporting Ky Quang Pagoda II Children’s Home

As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, this year we are supporting the Ky Quang Pagoda II Children’s Home in Go Vap, Ho Chi Minh City. Founded in 1994, the home currently cares for around 200 children, many of whom live with serious physical and mental challenges. Some are blind, deaf, or mute; others are affected by conditions such as muscular degeneration, Down syndrome, or HIV. The home provides them with care, shelter, and dignity—offering a safe space where they are not only looked after but also accepted and loved.

We were truly moved by the generosity of our conference participants, who raised USD 4,500 through personal donations during the event. This amount has not included the contribution from our network’s own account, which will be added separately.

It was a meaningful part of our 20th Annual Conference and a reminder that, together, we can extend our impact beyond business. For more information about this organisation, visit Healing the Wounds of War with Love and Compassion
